Chatbots have become a fairly common phenomenon in today’s world, where they are used both in business and in everyday life. One of the most popular chatbots is ChatGPT, a large language model trained on OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 architecture, which is capable of generating text with impressive accuracy, making it a useful tool for many industries. ChatGPT is a powerful assistant for the development of the IT industry in Ukraine. It can be used for various tasks that IT companies usually face. For example, AI can ensure customer support, data collection and analytics, and ensure data security.
Advantages and disadvantages of using AI
Ukrainian developers are really actively using AI to create new products and services. It has a number of advantages, and the main thing is that it saves the specialist’s time. ChatGPT has a wide range of functions, which allows it to perform tasks of various levels of complexity.
You can easily form a question, even a short technical task with AI, and then you will receive either a text for an article or even a piece of code for a program. Of course, it is a great tool, and we use it. For example, it can fix a mechanical error in the code, point to a library that is not connected. But without a properly set TK, you can get an unexpected answer, and in the absence of the necessary knowledge, using the information obtained is not a safe approach.
ChatGPT can:
- answer questions;
- provide recommendations;
- conduct surveys;
- recognize speech;
- translate texts;
- provide advice on business strategy;
- write articles and texts.
Disadvantages of using ChatGPT:
- artificial intelligence cannot be responsible for its conclusions and actions (remember how the Ukrainians argued with ChatGPT?!);
- AI may answer questions incorrectly or incompletely;
- provides advice on the use of non-existent software;
- allows errors at the elementary level because it operates according to the limitations of its algorithms;
- sometimes ChatGPT is unable to write a complete text or article.
